The intense world of Tom Clancy’s The Division is being adapted into a dice-based role-playing experience. A partnership has been formed to create a tabletop RPG set within the series' post-pandemic landscape. This initiative was revealed, with a funding drive scheduled to launch in the spring of 2026.
"This endeavor will bring the franchise’s distinctive tension, strategic depth, and memorable setting to the table, providing fans a new way to engage with The Division through deep narrative and player-driven missions," reads an announcement.
Initial offerings will include a starter set, essential manuals, a Game Master screen, figurines, and various deluxe editions.
In this setting, a deadly virus known as Green Poison was released in New York City, sending the nation into turmoil. As the pandemic worsens, civil order breaks down and violent factions rise, turning the urban landscape into a warzone. To restore law and order, the government {activate|deploy] The Division, a secret cell of undercover operatives. This is where the agents come in.
Work on the RPG has been underway for approximately three years, and it is confirmed to be finished. The forthcoming crowdfunding effort will serve as a preorder system to access a wider market, particularly in North America. Manufacturing will start immediately following the fundraiser, with shipping expected for later in 2026.
A preview at the system confirms it uses 10-sided dice predominantly through its proprietary GRIS system, promoting a fast-paced and tactical style. Agents leverage skills or traits to roll a handful of dice, usually from one to five d10s.

The way health is managed adds a compelling thematic twist. Operatives have a wound threshold; sustaining too much damage reduces their effectiveness by lowering the size of their dice pool.
A publicly available Quickstart Guide will be released soon. It includes a pre-made introductory scenario called Ashes of Murray Hill. In this scenario, the group spearhead the hunt for a lost doctor squad and must thwart an assault by the violent Rikers faction, who have taken over that NYC neighborhood. Further information and the complete product lineup are expected to be detailed near the Kickstarter start date.
